What is ShoreKids?
Shore Kids is a children’s experience uniquely designed with your child in mind! Kids, birth through fifth grade, experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. Join the fun and experience a world where kids meet Jesus on their level!
ALL children (babies through 4th grade) attend Shore Kids each Saturday and Sunday! We are so passionate when it comes to kids learning about Jesus in a way they can understand, that we do not suggest bringing them into our service designed for adults and students 5th grade and older.
What is Available for Nursing Moms?
A “Comfort Room” is available at the end of the nursery wing for moms and babies and can also be a place for nursing mothers. In this room, you can view the service via a TV monitor.

How Safe are My Kids?
Security is our top priority. Each child is issued an identification tag at check-in, along with a matching tag for parents. When you pick up your child, we ask that you present this to your child's classroom teacher to ensure that each child is released to the proper adult. We also require that anyone picking up or dropping off a child be at least 16 years of age. We will not release a child to anyone under that age, with or without an identification tag.
How Will I Be Notified of Any Problems?
Our system is designed to let our parents know when their child is ill or has been inconsolable for more than 10 minutes. Your child's code which is located on the tag will appear on the large screens in the worship center if there is an issue. This will let you know that you need to come and pick up your child immediately.
What if My Child is Sick?
For the safety of all our children, we will not accept any children with the following:
- a fever of 100 or more
- vomiting discharge in or around the eyes
- green or yellow runny nose
- any communicable disease
If your child should become ill during the service, we will page you using our parent notification system so that you may come and pick up your child. If your child needs medication during their stay, it must be administered by the parent.
Who is Watching My Child?
Our ministry staff is comprised of individuals who have accepted Christ as their personal Savior. It is their desire to share the love of Jesus with your child. All of our nursery workers, classroom teachers, helpers, and check-in greeters go through a screening process.
