Job Essentials
-Organize and lead weekly game/icebreaker
-Game and materials are provided
-The games/icebreakers have a purpose that goes along with the message; Therefore, the leader should have the
ability to lead the game in a way that communicates the message
-Help MC and make smooth transitions throughout the service

Life Group Leader
Job Essentials
-Attend monthly meeting. 1st Sunday of each month during 3rd service (11:30-12:30)
-Read Life Group material prior to Sunday and come prepared to lead your group
-Build community in your life group through icebreakers
-Set aside time for group members to pray for one another
-Use Life Group material to generate conversation
-Ability to devote time outside of Sunday morning to your Life Group (approx. 3 hrs/wk)
-Make contact with group members throughout the week via phone, Facebook, e-mail, text, postcard, etc..
-Contact group members who have not attended recently
-Be available during the week for prayer, encouragement, and guidance to students

Praise & Worship
Job Essentials
-Recruit students interested in serving God through their musical abilities
-Distribute music to band members at least a week prior to practice
-Organize and lead worship practice
-Organize and lead Praise and Worship during Element/Sunday morning
-Communicate to pre-element/ pre-sunday planners to ensure the song lyrics are on ProPresenter
-Minister to band members, teaching them AUTHENTIC WORSHIP
-Ability to devote time outside Element/Sunday (approx. 2-4 hrs/wk)

Job Essentials
ProPresenter/Handouts:
-Setup ProPresenter with all verses, song lyrics, videos, and message notes
-Make copies and cut message handouts
Stage/Environment:
-Brainstorm ideas to create a stage/environment to enhance the series message
-Help decorate the room before each series
Setup/Tear down:
-Organize and recruit people to help setup before service
-Make sure the environment is clean, the chairs are setup, and games are out
-Organize and recruit different people to cleanup after service
-Make sure the games are put back and the room is put back in order

-Organize and recruit students to greet visitors
-Be intentional, looking for visitors and students by themselves
-Collect information from visitors and give visitor card to the Youth Pastor
-Come to church monthly (or as needed) to compile Visitor’s pack
-Distribute visitor packages
-Organize and recruit students to connect with visitors, dropouts, and graduates through phone, text, e-mail,
postcard, Facebook, etc
-Ability to devote time outside of Element/Sunday (Approx. 2hrs/wk)
