Element VIP
Mission Statement
Element exists for students to BELIEVE, BELONG, and BECOME. Our desire is for students to develop an authentic faith and come to believe in Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. We offer a safe, fun environment for youth to connect with their peers and belong to the body of Christ. Ultimately, our goal is for students to become more like Christ.
Element is a fun night of food, games, music, and a message intended for students in 6th-12th grades. We meet every Wednesday from 6:30-9:00pm (Except 1st Weds.)

Expectations
In order to insure the safety of our youth, we require all our VIP staff to have a background check (Forms can be filled out online at Shorefellowship.com under the Serve tab). Students arrive for Element around 6:15pm, so we ask our VIPs to arrive at 6:00 to meet, pray together, and setup. Unless there is an emergency, we ask everyone to give two weeks notice if they cannot attend in order for us to find a replacement. Occasionally, you may be called upon to help with service projects, activities, and off-site events. Any additional expectations are found in the job descriptions for your specific area of service.
