Bookkeeper

Shore is looking for someone with basic accounting skills and a desire to use their gifts in an administrative capacity to fill the position of part time bookkeeper.  This individual must have a knowledge of basic accounting principles, a working knowledge of Quickbooks and spreadsheet applications.  The position will require approximately 10-20 hours per week and will report directly to the Executive Administrator.

Goal:  To ensure the full and accurate accounting of all financial transactions taking place through Shore Fellowship Church.

Directly reports to:  Office Manager/Executive Administrator

Minimum Requirements/Giftedness:
Prior accounts payable or general ledger experience 
Excellent knowledge of Quickbooks and spreadsheet software 
Basic understanding of business operations, including but not limited to purchasing, payroll and human resources
A desire to serve the Lord in an administrative capacity


Job Responsibilities:
To record all purchases and handle all aspects of accounts payable, including bill payments
To maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including the recording of receipts
To prepare monthly financial reports as needed
To prepare quarterly statements for use by the Advisory Board


Personal Responsibilities:
Maintain God ordered priorities in your life by putting Christ first, your spouse second, your children third and the ministry fourth
Tithe a minimum of 10% of your families income to Shore Fellowship Church
Be loyal to the vision and protect the unity of Shore Fellowship Church
Invest in and invite the lost to know Jesus by your example and your testimony

Elementary Coordinator

This person would oversee the elementary department and report to the Children's Ministry Director.  This person would be responsible to oversee all the services for Sundays and Wednesday nights.

This would include, but not limited to, the following tasks and responsibilities:

•Prepare for large group by acquiring the necessary props and costumes for the Bible story each week.
•Make the music videos needed for worship time.
•Put all the media needed for each week into the Propresenter program.
•Oversee the large group leaders (hosts, storytellers, worship leaders) making sure they are prepared each week for their role in the program. 
•Oversee the sound techs and student helpers assigned to the elementary program.
•Communicate regularly with the large and small group leaders to ensure the quality of the program.
•Do the host, storytelling, or lead worship for large group as needed.
•Do small group as needed.
•Make sure the curriculum books are prepared and distributed to the leaders for each month.
•Make sure that all the small group supplies are prepared for each week.
•Make sure the materials are printed for each week.
•Practice the songs with the worship leaders each month so everyone is doing the same motions.
•Make up motions for songs as needed.
•Oversee the kids worship team (Riptide).
•Communicate with parents as needed.
•Fill positions and find substitutes as needed.
•Support and encourage your team!


Prepare for and oversee the Wednesday night program.  This includes making copies, acquiring needed supplies, studying the lesson, preparing any props/visuals needed, and choosing worship songs.
